ingredients
6 pcs pork chop (preferably with bone)
1/4 cup oyster sauce
1tbsp salt with black pepper & garlic rub*
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp black pepper
*we use McCormick Himalayan Pink Salt with Black Pepper and Garlic seasoning: you can also substitute with a mix of himalayan salt, onion, garlic, black pepper, paprika, lemon peel & garlic salt

instructions
- wash the pork chop in water and put the washed pork chop in a mixing bowl
- add all the seasoning in & mix well
- marinate for 2-3 hours (at least) to let the flavours soak








- preheat the griller with the highest temperature
- grease the griller with oil
- place the pork chop on the grill & close the cover (for 5 min)
- if there is marinated sauce left in the mixing bowl, add 1/4 cup oil and mix well
- after 5 min – remove the cover and use the marinated sauce to brush on the pork chops
- flip the meat & cook the other side for another 5 min
