ingredients
430g cream cheese (room temp)
120g castor sugar
3 large eggs
270g heavy cream
20g cake flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon juice

instructions
- lay two layers of baking paper on a 7″ baking pan
- mix the cream cheese and sugar in the mixing bowl
- add eggs – one at a time into the mixture and mix well
- add in vanilla extract and lemon juice
- separately, mix the cake flour and heavy cream until the cake flour is dissolved
- add both mixtures together and mix till it is smooth and silky
- pour the mixture into the baking pan and bake at 240 degrees c for about 35 min
- once the cake is done, leave it to cool in the baking pan
- chill for at least 3 hours or overnight before serving
