ingredients
110g eggs (about 2 big eggs)
130g castor sugar
1 tbsp honey
150g plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
50g water
20g vegetable oil
150g red bean paste(optional)

instructions
- whisk eggs and sugar until mixture is creamy
- add in honey and mix well
- separately, sift flour and baking powder
- add the sifted ingredients and water into the mixture slowly
- add in oil and mix well
- grease individual cupcake moulds with oil and pour the cake batter
- if you are adding red bean paste, add in one piece into each mould (as desired)
- pour moulds till 3/4 full
- bake at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes until golden brown
