ingredients
2 eggs
100g caster sugar
1½ tbsp honey
1 tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp apple vinegar
½ tsp sugar
⅓ tsp baking soda
150g plain flour
60ml water

instructions
- whisk eggs and sugar in a large mixing bowl till pale and foamy.
- add in honey and mix well
- pour in oil and mix
- pour in baking soda (continue mixing)
- add in apple vinegar and sugar
- sift in half of plain flour into the batter & mix well
- lastly mix in the remaining batch of flour, followed by water
- mix till batter is completed smooth
- pour batter into pre-heated nonstick pan using messing cup, pour slowly for neat circles
- make sure the pan is on low heat
- once bubbles start forming on the pancake, flip it over to the other side & let cook till slightly brown
