ingredients
200g soft butter
50g castor sugar
75g plain flour
75g bread flour
50g corn flour

instructions
- beat butter and sugar in mixing bowl until mixture is creamy
- add flour to the mixture and fold in the flour
- mix until batter is smooth
- put batter in piping bag with small nozzle (desired design)
- place batter (in piping bag) in the fridge to chill for 5-10 minutes
- pipe the batter onto a lined baked tray to desired size
- bake at 180 degrees celcius for 15 minutes – until golden brown
