pandan muah chee


500g glutinous rice flour
700ml pandan water
3 tbsp castor sugar

peanut mix
400g roasted ground peanut (blended fine)
150g sugar (to taste)


  1. mix the glutinous rice flour with pandan water
  2. pour castor sugar into the mixture & mix well
  3. sieve the mixture – muah chee will be smoother
  4. pour the mixture into a pan & steam over high heat for 50 minutes
  5. mixture should be sticky once ready, put to cool
  6. cut into cubes and coat with peanut & sugar
